1. Program description
When you opt in to Dashfeed SMS Notifications, you will receive text messages from Dashfeed related to your Dashfeed workspace: automated notifications such as monitor alerts, scheduled report deliveries, approval requests, and workspace activity. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not required to use Dashfeed.
2. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in again from your Dashfeed SMS settings or reply START, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Help and support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@dashfeed.ai.
4. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message frequency and rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your workspace settings, up to 10 messages per day. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Privacy
Dashfeed does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
