How Dashfeed SMS Opt-In Works

Program name: Dashfeed SMS Notifications. Operated by Dashfeed, a service of OBLIK LLC.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Dashfeed is a B2B analytics product. Dashfeed SMS Notifications sends text messages about a user’s own Dashfeed workspace: monitor alerts, scheduled report deliveries, approval requests, and workspace activity. Messages go only to signed-in Dashfeed users who opted in themselves, as described below. SMS is optional; every notification is also available in the app and by email.

How a user opts in

The only way to opt in is from the user’s own SMS settings inside the Dashfeed app. Nobody else, including a workspace administrator, can enter a phone number or opt in on a user’s behalf.

  1. The user signs in to Dashfeed at https://dashfeed.ai and opens their SMS notification settings.
  2. They enter their own US mobile number.
  3. They check a consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default and separate from any other terms. Its text reads:
I agree to receive SMS notifications from Dashfeed about my workspace, including monitor alerts, scheduled report deliveries, approval requests, and workspace activity. Message frequency varies based on my workspace settings, typically up to 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional and not required to use Dashfeed. SMS Terms · Privacy Policy
The Send verification code button stays disabled until the box is checked.
  4. Dashfeed texts a one-time verification code to the number. The user enters it in the app to prove they own the phone. No notification is sent until the code is confirmed.
  5. Once verified, the user receives this confirmation:
Dashfeed: You’re opted in to workspace SMS notifications, up to ~10 msgs/day depending on settings. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
Dashfeed SMS settings: mobile number field, unchecked consent checkbox with the full disclosure, and the Send verification code button
Step 2 and 3: the user enters their number and checks the consent box (unchecked by default).
Dashfeed verification code entry confirming the user owns the phone number
Step 4: the user confirms the verification code before any notification is sent.

Frequency, rates, and opting out

Message frequency varies by workspace settings, typically up to 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Users can also turn SMS off or remove their number in their Dashfeed SMS settings, or contact support@dashfeed.ai. Consent is optional and not required to use Dashfeed.

Your data

Dashfeed does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data is used only to send Dashfeed notifications and related support.
